Frontline Sales

Main Responsibilities
 

  • Approach and engage potential customers in assigned territories

  • Present and promote Arysun’s products and services effectively via whatsapp, zoom, phone calls & in person

  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term customer relationships

Requirements

​

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with persuasive ability

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets

Inside Sales

Main Responsibilities
 

  • Handle inbound leads via calls, Whatsapp, emails, social & online channels

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to build and grow the sales pipeline

  • Qualify leads and assess customer needs before handover to field sales.

Requirements

​

  • At least 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong active listening skills with ability to handle objections

Finance Manager

Main Responsibilities
 

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, AP/AR, payroll, and tax

  • Develop & monitor company budgets, forecasts, & financial planning

  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Requirements

​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience

  • Solid understanding of Indonesian financial, tax, and compliance regulations
