Frontline Sales
Main Responsibilities
Approach and engage potential customers in assigned territories
Present and promote Arysun's products and services effectively via whatsapp, zoom, phone calls & in person
Build, manage, and maintain long-term customer relationships
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with persuasive ability
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Inside Sales
Main Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads via calls, Whatsapp, emails, social & online channels
Conduct outbound prospecting to build and grow the sales pipeline
Qualify leads and assess customer needs before handing over to field sales.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong active listening skills with ability to handle objections
Finance Manager
Main Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, AP/AR, payroll, and tax
Develop & monitor company budgets, forecasts, & financial planning
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
Solid understanding of Indonesian financial, tax, and compliance regulations
